Cancellation Policy – There are no refunds for summer camp sessions. If the participant is unable to attend, a full credit will be given to use on another RBNC camp or program in the same calendar year. Ability to transfer funds expires 5 days after notifying staff you are unable to attend camp. If River Bend must cancel a camp session, you will receive a full refund.
Illness Policy - Face masks and social distancing are not required at RBNC events, but feel free to wear a mask based on your own comfort level. If traveling to offsite locations, RBNC will abide by the site's Illness rules if they are stricter than RBNC's rules. Please stay home If you are sick. RBNC staff reserve the right send a participant home if they are displaying any symptoms of a contagious illness such as coughing, sneezing, fever, chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, vomiting, runny nose or sore throat. By registering for camp, you are agreeing that the camper will follow River Bend's Illness Policy.
